Cancellation Policy
** Shared or Private service cancellations require a minimum of 4 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 4 hours the full fare will be charged.
To cancel (update or change) reservations made by phone:
Must be called in to our office within the required advanced notice. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.
To cancel reservations made online:
Within the required advance notice, you may cancel online by clicking here. Please call us for any change/update requests within the required timeframe.
** Charter/Private and Hourly Rentals cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice PRIOR to scheduled pick-up time for 100% refund; less than 48 hours the full fare will be charged.
To cancel reservations made by phone:
Must be called in to our office during normal business hours, within the required advanced notice, to be cancelled. Otherwise, the full fare will be charged.
Please note: ALL no-shows, non-cancellations and cancellations not following these procedures will be charged full fare. Cancellations, update and/or change request must be phoned in to the office and any cancellation made by e-mail will not be accepted unless we send back a confirmation. Please contact us at 978-248-0114 if you require further assistance.
* Very important: You must receive a confirmation number from us that confirms you made the reservation (online or by phone). If you did not receive one … you did not make a reservation. Please call our office to book and confirm your reservation @ 978-248-0114.
